O cancelamento de voo sem aviso prévio é considerado pelos tribunais brasileiros como uma situação ainda mais grave que o simples atraso, gerando direito a indenização por danos morais de forma praticamente automática.

Problemas com bagagem geram direito à indenização: extravio temporário (após 72h), extravio definitivo (7 dias nacional/21 dias internacional) ou danos/violação devem ser registrados imediatamente no aeroporto.
